Mr Oliver J Campbell
Consultant and Specialist in Orthodontics

Oliver Campbell

BDS MSc MFDS MOrth FDS(Orth)

GDC number - 74467

Oliver is a highly qualified orthodontist. Completing his degree in Dentistry (BDS) in 1998 from the University of Bristol, he then progressed to specialist training in orthodontics gaining his MSc in Orthodontics in 2005 and the MOrth from the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2006, winning a British Orthodontic Society prize for the best-treated examination cases.

After a further two years in higher specialist training at the Eastman Dental Hospital and Kingston General Hospital he successfully passed the Intercollegiate Fellowship Examination in Orthodontics (FDS) from the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2009 entitling him to work as an NHS Consultant. Oliver is currently a part-time Consultant at Northampton General Hospital. His special interests are in multidisciplinary treatment and complex orthodontics.

High quality, patient-centred treatment and a thorough understanding of the latest techniques and evidence-based principles are central to Oliver’s approach to orthodontics . His tailored service uses the full range of contemporary orthodontic appliance systems such as Clarity SL ceramic brackets, the Damon system, the new technologically advanced ‘Incognito’ lingual system and Invisalign® .

Oliver relocated to Oxfordshire in 2009 with his wife Catherine, also a specialist in orthodontics, and they became proud parents this year. Outside of professional life, Oliver enjoys skiing, tennis and middle distance running where he regularly competes in national events for charity. He also likes foreign travel and cookery.

Karla joined Ock Street in 2004 after training and qualifying as a dental nurse she extended her role into reception and now in treatment coordination. Karla can help explain your treatment options, arrange affordable payment schemes and assists in the surgery when you are with Oliver Campbell.

We can measure your personal orthodontic score against the NHS Index of Treatment Needs and if you reach the required level we will tell you and, if you wish, we will refer you to an appropriate service to suit your requirements.
